Kelly Schindelholz
Lead Clinical Research Associate
Kelly joined IMARC in 2010 as a Clinical Research Associate. By exuding an enthusiasm for her work and a devotion to research projects, she quickly established herself as an integral part of the clinical monitoring team.
Before her work at IMARC, Kelly was a Research Assistant at University Hospitals Case Medical Center, Department of Dermatology. There she conducted in-vitro susceptibility testing of numerous infectious agents including: bacterial, fungal and yeast infections, aided in the development of new experimental methods, performed data analysis for projects, and assisted the in-vivo team during the second stage of the trials. Kelly has also worked as a Research Biologist at the Toxicology Department of Wil Research Laboratories where she was the lead biologist on five research studies.
Kelly monitors trials for devices used in the treatment of aortic dissections and thoracic aneurysms, as well as peripheral vascular disease. Additionally, she monitors sites in a study for an in vitro diagnostic device, putting her lab background to use in the clinical setting. Working on projects, Kelly is a straight-shooter who gets right to the point of issues and addresses them immediately. She actively engages her sites in issue resolution and will continue to follow-up until items are closed. She handles herself in a professional manner while maintaining a sense of humor and flexibility, which allows her to develop strong working relationships with sites and sponsors.
She has her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Akron, OH. She is also a member of the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA).
