Chad is IMARC’s Director of Human Resources. In this role, Chad oversees all aspects of IMARC’s human resource needs, from talent acquisition & retention, to benefits administration, to employee engagement. Chad works within the company to ensure a positive work environment that encourages the full use individuals’ diverse talents. Chad advocates for the staff in management decisions and ensures that IMARC is a competitive employer in the industry. Additionally, Chad oversees IMARC’s Engagement Committee, which is instrumental in keeping the IMARC culture strong despite schedules that require most of the staff to be out of the office regularly.
Chad brings several years of varied human resource experience with him to benefit the IMARC staff. Most previously he was the Human Resource Manager for ACRT. In that role he acted as liaison between the corporate office and field staff and also served as the system administrator for their HR software platform. He has overseen high levels of annual recruitment and spearheaded the updating and streamlining processes.
Chad is currently a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational) with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Akron.
