In the world of Clinical Research, Deborah's dedication is unrivaled. As a Staff RN at Bloomington Hospital she raised the level of care as a Team Leader. After that, she was a go-to person as a Hospital Staff Float Nurse, Admissions Coordinator/Homecare Liaison, and Case Manager at Ingham Regional Medical Center as well as a Primary Care Nurse at Ingham Regional Homecare and Hospice. One highlight of her productive career at IRMC was being voted Nurse of the Year.
Prior to joining IMARC, Deborah served as Coordinator of the Clinical Documentation Improvement Program at EMH Regional Healthcare System where she developed a hospital wide program to improve reporting and reimbursement. Additional career accomplishments include serving as a DRG and Clinical Chart Review Specialist for Cleveland Clinic and DRG Review.
Deborah's extensive experience and training includes: physician-sponsored IDE evaluation with a specialized focus in endovascular exclusion of thoracic abdominal aneurysms, abdominal aortic aneurysms utilizing fenestrated stent-grafts, and endovascular exclusion of abdominal aortic aneurysms in high risk patients. Another noteworthy accomplishment in Deborah's background is contributing her knowledge and recommendations during an investigation using different doses of autologous muscle-derived cells for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.
Deborah is an RN and BSN, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University.
